We source available land, conduct extensive analysis as to the local market conditions, competing product, manage the design team to ensure correct product development. We work with municipalities and approving authorities to ensure entitlement. We work closely with our contractors to ensure on budget and schedule performance.
Our investors are informed and updates on a timely basis as to the progress and have access to a special area of the project web-site informing them of the latest developments, budget, and schedule updates. In addition to development JMR will be acquiring selective existing rental projects, provided they meet our livability standards and offer our investors a superior return.
